It’s BACK!

Wow… who would have thought removing an item, would cause admin so much work. About 9 months ago we made the decision to remove truffle. It wasn’t a great seller, we didn’t think it was a great burger either.. but we we’re wrong. The overwhelming feedback was we made a mistake. So today 24th April 2024 – it’s BACK! It might be slightly different, but it’s better than ever.

4 whole new burgers have been launched

1. Truffle Smash
   1. TWO Beef patties – American Cheese – Fig Relish – Bacon & Truffle Mayo – made with Truffleguys.
2. Truffle Oklahoma
   1. Two Beef patties smashed with onion (Seriously good) – American Cheese & Truffle Mayo – made with Truffleguys.
3. Chicken Truffle Smash
   1. Fried Chicken breast – American Cheese – Fig Relish – Bacon  & Truffle Mayo – made with Truffleguys.
4. Veggie & Plant Based Truffle Smash
   1. Cheese, Fig Relish – Lettuce & Truffle Mayo – made with Truffleguys.

We’ve also launched Loaded truffle fries & Tots. Tossed in our truffle mayo with parmesan cheese

Good things come to those who wait… but why has it taken so long to launch a triple cheeseburger!

Firstly, lets start with the burger build. 3 hand smashed beef patties, 3 slices of American cheese, our house special Smash Sauce (made daily in our restaurants) Ketchup, red onions & pickles. Sounds pretty good right?

But why has something so simple (and delicious) taken so long to launch? Over the last few months, a lot of change has happened within the business, no more so, than moving to Hand Smashing (another blog post to come on this) however hand smashing has enabled us to increase capacity on the grill, and therefore cook more patties at the same time. As we’re able to cook more, we can introduce more interesting items to the menu (keep an eye out for April… it’s going to be HUGE)

So today, 11th March 2024 – is the first day of our Triple Triple. For the first 2 weeks, we’re giving away regular fries with every Triple Triple purchased. Share your photos to your favourite social media & tag us… who knows?? You might be the first to try our new launches in April!

Team Smash

Welcome to our first blog entry! We’ve been meaning to do this for weeks, no scrap that months… maybe even years! But one thing or another gets in the way…. So why now? Well.. there are some incredibly exciting things, changes & improvements happening at Smashburger, and we can’t wait to tell you all about them!

Our next entry will be a little longer, and little more interesting, and provide some detail about our hand smashing process! It’s about time you see how our incredible beef burgers are cooked, from scratch each and every time.. we hope the insight provided explains why we Burger Better!
